ATTENTION: Ski & Snowboard Customers (please Read)

To our valued customers,

Mother nature has finally brought us winter.  Our rental department is now renting to all areas as bases have improved and will continue to improve looking at weather predictions.

We recommend you reserve equipment at least 2 days in advance.  We will accept walk-ins, but you must remember this is a very busy time of year and there may be a wait. To control congestion in the basement please sign in upstairs and wait for your name to reach the top of the que TV.  When your name makes it to the top of the screen you and the rest of your group will be allowed downstairs to pick up your equipment.

If you have not rented from Sporthaus before, our rental technicians will pick sizes according to your weight, height, and ability.  Changes can be made at time of pickup. We highly recommend you bring your ski socks.

If you have rented from Sporthaus previously we will use your last rental ticket to determine sizes.

Renters with their own ski boots must bring both boots in for visual inspection and binding adjustment.

You are responsible for the equipment while you have it and will be charged for any damage or lost items.

Do not ski or snowboard in the parking lot as this causes damage to the bases.  A $45.00 fee will be charged to skis or snowboards with this damage.

Equipment returned late will be charged a daily rate until returned.

Stringing and Racket Services

If you have a racket that needs some repairs from wear and tear over time or a particularly brutal tennis match, let us know at Sporthaus. Bring your racket into our store and we can start helping you right away. All of our stringing is done on a Babolat 5-start stringing machine by a team of expert stringers with a combined experience of over 100 years between them.

We use a five star, state of the art electronic constant-pull machine that features 6 point mounting and diamond dust clamps. That way we can promise you consistent string jobs that you can really depend on. Plus, look forward to a 24-hour turn around so that you can get back on the court in time for your next match.

Prices range from $24-$75. Or, $30 if you have your own string.
